At the heart of the STILE Project lies a profound act of love and empowerment. As a Schweitzer fellow, the project’s founder recognizes the transformative potential of showing up for Black girls beyond the confines of traditional roles. STILE’s curriculum goes beyond teaching; it mentors and guides Black girls toward embracing their identities with pride. The STILE-ology methodology, rooted in Black feminist and womanist principles, places the agency back into the hands of Black girls themselves.
